Relaxing

Today, I wanted to take a bubble bath with the jets in the bath that I haven't used in years. When I got in, it took me a while to realize that the jets had squirted out slime and a family of unidentifiable bugs that have probably been living there for years. FML

Relax, don't do it

Today, I was excited to finally use the expensive bath bombs I'd been saving. I filled the tub, dropped one in, and settled in for a relaxing soak. The bath bomb fizzed so much that it created a bubble mountain that spilled over, flooding my bathroom with colorful suds. My "relaxing" bath turned into a Slip 'N Slide adventure as I tried to mop up the mess in my birthday suit. FML

Congrats, you might just have discovered a new species!

You just ejected a tight knit, religious family of bugs from their beautiful white picket fenced two story home. How do you feel?

What did you expect? You haven't used the thing in years! You don't just **derpy-derp** jump in and expect to have a good time.

Wouldn't you clean something you haven't used for years before actually getting in and using it?

That's why you always run the pumps first :P

At that point I would shut everything down, run, and take a shower in a different bathroom. No more bubble baths!!

Not if she didn't turn the jets on until she got into the bath. Or the bubbles covered it up.

Ew...yeah, you have to always fill the bath up and run the jets before using it. Just to make sure they're all cleaned out. Something similar has happened to me before when I didn't clean them.
