Rent hike to be expected

Today, my 63-year-old neighbor jumped out of his window. I was the first to find him, alive, naked and stuck in a bush. I guess I shouldn't have laughed at him while waiting for the ambulance, because he turned out to be my landlord. FML

More gun laws and restrictions only affects LAW ABIDING citizens. If someone is intending to use a gun in an illegal manor then I highly doubt they care what laws they break in order to get it. This just makes it harder for people to legally protect themselves. Also, the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." The definition of infringed is "act so as to limit or undermine something." That really doesn't leave room for interpretation, so from a constitutional standpoint the federal government does not have the right to regulate guns to the American people except to convicted felons, or people who have otherwise had there rights lawfully removed. Bottom line is this: gun control is dangerous.

If someone has a concealed carry permit in my state and parish it means that have had to sit through, 18 hours? I think of classroom education and quite a few hours logged at a gun range. I think the responsible gun owners far out way the irresponsible ones. In my area, pretty much everyone knows basic gun safety and is comfortable handling guns in the event of an emergency. The people that I don't trust are the lovely people that look down on the "low-class" locals and pitch fits when someone refuses to sell them a gun. Those people have no respect and no common sense.

That's what you get for debating gun policy in French class.
