Today, my friend and I were driving to Florida from Michigan. While going through Ohio my car hydroplaned over a puddle on the highway. I ended up hitting the median and my car got wrecked. Not only am I stuck in Ohio with a car that won't work, I got a ticket for $300 for hitting Ohio property. FML

I'm pretty sure it rains almost everywhere, even in Michigan, and especially in Florida, not just Ohio. If it were snow and you were from Florida, I would feel bad. But rain? Drive the speed limit and keep your eyes on the road for standing water, and slow down or go around it. But hey, Ohio is fun. Indians are in town, and you are from Michigan. Though I LOVE the Indians I'm going to tell you to go see a game, you may have fun watching them lose. Again.

YDI for having crap tire profile. If the condition of your tires would be good this wouldnt have happend. Or you could sue the state of Ohio for not keeping their roads drive-safe. On a propper highway water doesnt stay on the road because roads should b build abit sideways so rainwater runs off it naturally.

That sucks. Better luck next time.

Everyone knows you drive slower when there is THAT much rain on the highway. I have no sympathy for you.

LOL. Loser. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.. fo sho.

Hydroplaning is not a crime, and neither is crashing into something on accident.

haha.. You know why you got the ticket don't you? You're from Michigan... :) don't mess with our shit. :)

Ohio is simply the armpit of america, I'm so sorry you're stranded in that nasty state. I just hope you had a wonderful time in Florida for that to be worth the crash. All in all FYL cause you got stuck in ohio.

You obviously haven't been to many other places in America. Yes, certain areas of Ohio are bad, but isn't that with every state?

At least Ohio doesn't have Detroit which is trashier than just about anything in America.
