At least you have a cat.
Reminds me of when my girlfriend in highschool bought me pet mice because her parents wouldn't let her have one and then a month later she dumped me and I was left with them
So... Win win?
at least you still have pussy, ba-dum-tssss
Fair trade in my opinion.
Well, at least you've still got some pussy Ba dum crash
Did your girlfriend express interest in a cat? Or did you just assume?
What I understood is that you tried to surprise her by buying her a cat. If that is the case, then you are being very irresponsible and very irrational. Before owning a pet, think about the commitment you can give. Can everyone in your living space accept the pet? How much do you know about them? I know a lot of "dog/cat lovers" assume that everyone likes dog or cats. Anyone who doesn't like them are evil and wrong. That is just irrational and a selfish way of thinking. I love animals rationally. I help out at dog shelters and there is more than enough abandoned pets. Maybe if people like you actually think about your actions before you act, then these animals won't suffer by the hands of "dog/cat lovers". Well, if I get the situation wrongly then of course nth I said applies to you.

This FML is the kind that requires a follow up to be fully understood. Did your girlfriend break up with you because of the cat?? Did the cat kill her!? What happened??
Maybe it's best to just buy flowers next time.
