yep I know how that feels
I've been there. I hate it when you don't hear anything at all. It's the worst. Good luck finding work. Stay positive.
I hate it when business don't reply! All they need to say is a simple "thanks, please come in for an interview" or "thanks, but no thanks". It's the least they could do- especially if they don't appreciate hopeful/desperate applicants constantly badgering them about the status of their applications.
ugh businesses*
Hey man I totally get it! These damn companies don't even acknowledge you so you don't know what is up with them, I mean the least they could do is let you know they aren't looking so you don't keep spending time filling out applications...I hate companies, anyway keep looking op you'll find one
I'm in the same boat. It's terrible, but you've got to remember to never stop trying. Never lose confidence. You'll get a job eventually. Trust me :)

It's tough trying to find a job right now. My girlfriend has been looking for 2 years and no one in her field will hire her.
My general rule for those situations (granted I don't know how badly your girlfriend needs a job/money in your situation) is if you can't find one in your field you should cut your loses and try a minimum wage job until something in your field becomes available. Better to have a low paying job than no job at all
