aww that suckss whoever click YDI must be a guy :P
Women....
I think that the person who talked about getting kicked in the nuts and bitching about it on FML was the smartest thing said all day.
I've had the same problem myself til I recently went on birth control. I couldn't keep painkillers down or they didn't work well enough and I spent the usual day or so writhing in pain on the bathroom floor. Booze only helps if you can manage to keep it down too. I diagnosed myself with dysmenorrhea which can also be a symptom of endometriosis so you may want to see a doc about it. You deserve better than that.
#124, take some oxycontin and suck it up
#8, stomach cramps aren't comparable. Honey, I'm so sorry. Here are some options: Birth control pill. Helps with cramps, helps prevent endometriosis. Weed. Try it. I know it's illegal but it's really nice. If smoke's not your thing, it's easy to find a way to make a homemade vaporizer. Sex. If you have a partner, or even if you don't, orgasms are very helpful in relieving menstrual cramps. Get a vibrator if you need to, and do not feel in any way sheepish about it. And, as stated, talk to your gynecologist. Something's wrong here, and you don't have to live with that shit.
Having babies usually helps cramps too. Unfortunately. It might be sexual activity in general, but I don't think so.
That ending right there belongs in a commercial. Like the one for Tampax and Mother Nature. Anyway, after reading the comments I realized you said first day of your period, so YDI. Crying and whimpering all day over cramps? It's not like you've never gotten a period before. I can't believe there is actually an FML about having your period. Not a big deal.
Awwe! That's really shitty.. Oh well Happy Birthday at least :)
164, no matter how many times you get knifed in the gut, it STILL HURTS EVERY TIME! Isn't that insane? You have no empathy, sympathy, compassion, or common sense. Pain hurts. Cramps can be so agonizingly horrendous that you can NOT move.

Oh honey, I know exactly how you feel. I get them worse than anyone I know. Feel better. =[
Oh goodness, I've had my period (with crippling cramps and nausea) on my birthday pretty much every year since I got my period. It's hell. I know how you feel...it does suck. Oh and #3...I think she means the first day of THIS particular period.
