That guy is a ******* scum bag. One of my sister's friends went through that. It doesn't mean that your an idiot for not noticing, he was just good at hiding it. If, after 4 years of dating someone, and I haven't met his parents yet, that's a giant red flag. He can't be THAT good at lying. If they lived in the same town, did he openly go out into public with either of them? He can't always avoid going to a movie, restaurant, etc. no matter how good of a liar he is. There definitely had to be hints and neither of the girls noticed.
