Stickler

Today, I got stopped by the fuzz. The officer told me he "could care less" about my excuses. He was probably about to let me go without a ticket, but my inner Grammar Nazi kicked in and I explained why he meant to say "couldn't care less." I got the ticket. FML

Sometimes you just got to force it down. Sorry about the ticket.

Hey I think that at least you're fixing up the worlds atrocious grammar. I would've done the same thing.

See, this is what happens when you have a stick up your butt and always bitch people out for grammatical errors. YDI x 100

That would've bothered me too but, damn. Shut your mouth hole, bro.

Now you see why I hate Grammar Nazis... Just look at my profile! I completely bash them... No need to be a smart-ass op!

While that would piss me off, as well, there are times to grind your teeth and deal with it... and if it involves the police, it's one of those times.

This would so happen to me, I don't think twice before correcting people when they say "no more" for everything, what they mean to say is "anymore"

It's not always "anymore". Example: "No more incorrect uses of anymore for you!"

You deserved it, but at the same time you were right with what you did! We need more Grammar Nazis in the world!

And when you go to court to fight the ticket, don't forget to correct the judge's grammar. I hear that they love that.

Any FML that goes along the lines of "I got caught doing something illegal and wasn't able to talk my way out of it" gets an automatic YDI from me.
