Stop lying

Today, I found out that my sister, who is 16 years older than me, is actually my biological mother. She and my parents decided it was best that I didn't know who my real mother was, and to be raised by my grandparents as their child. I've always hated my sister. FML

I can see how this would suck for you. Going all your life thinking one thing only to find out it isn't true. At least you were told. I think its horrid when adoptive parents don't tell the kid they are adopted. You should be glad your grandparents cared enough to raise you up instead of leaving it up to an obviously stupid 16 year old girl. Perhaps you're hatred of her stems from a subconscience awareness that something wasn't right. Our subconscience knows more than it lets on I believe.
