apparently, you're pretty idiotic.
#205 Oh pardon me for making the erroneous assumption that the technology was applied properly. Far be it for me to assume an officer of the law should know the tools of his trade and implement them properly. The officer in question was probably blissfully unaware that his apparatus made no gradient measurement whatsoever, and therefore accepted the infallible reading to mean the subject was actually dead from alcohol poisoning, with perhaps a momentary confusion as to how a corpse could drive quite so drunkenly. I do thank thee for correcting my misconceptions about the aptitude of the general populace.
too bad this tard didnt crash into a wall and die. remove your genes from the pool, please. darwin approves.
Um duh.....Listerine has ethyl alcohol in it. Which would be what drinking alcohol is. Anyways, a tiny amount of listerine wouldn't blow a reading that high. You say you leave a party after drinking. Well you're a dumbass for drinking and driving. No respect for innocent people on the road. This is probably fake anyways. You would be dead if you had that much alcohol in you.
2.34? If you're gonna fake an FML, at least make it logical.

... how could you not have known that? Oh, and YDI for drunk driving.
You're an idiot for multiple reasons. A) Driving drunk B) Not knowing that most mouthwashes have a high alcohol content C) Keeping mouthwash for emergency reasons
