I'm calling BS. The OP, in his desire to script at "KICK ASS" FML, fails on several levels. 1. 2.37? You'd be dead. Even a .237, you would be too intoxicated to make it to the vehicle, much less actually operate it. 2. You don't do a breath test on the side of the road. It's a test done once you're at the police station after being arrested. 3. Breathlyzers/Draeger machines don't register alcohol contained in your mouth. They sample the deep lung air (next to your aveoli), which provides the most accurate measure of the alcohol in your bloodstream. This is why you have to blow really hard for the test. Fucktard.

Obviously your "keep mouthwash in car so I don't smell like the beer I drank before I drove" plan had never been put into action before. YDI for DUI, and YDI for drinking the damn mouthwash. #31, there's enough to make you feel the burning sensation when you use it. Listerine contains around 27% alcohol. WAAAAY enough to send a breathalyzer skyrocketing. You deserved it. For driving drunk, and because really, what else would they use in a product meant to kill germs? It has to be something that isn't dangerous to consume in small quantities (ie, the stuff you may accidentally swallow) so bleach and pretty much any other disinfectant is out. Where is your head?

i dont know if there is another one that is more deserving of a "YDI". and #31 is right...there IS NOT that much alcohol in mouthwash and it is an obvious exaggeration. also, the police need to have reasonable cause before they breathalyze you, which means that you were blatantly drunk and the mouthwash wouldnt have done shit to help you in the first place. you, my friend, are a dumbass, thank god the cop found you before you killed someone.
