Considering that you were driving drunk and you could have KILLED SOMEBODY by doing so, I'd say getting a DUI is really the least of your worries, moron.
if you just gargled with listerine there's probably some alcohol from the wash left in your mouth and the breathalyzer's measuring that instead of your BAC. so quit harping on the technicalities and whether its possible or not, it doesn't matter. and i didn't know there were so many breathalyzer experts on the Internet.
Drunk drivers deserve to die. Seriously.
dumb ****. how often do u drive drunk that u have mouthwash in the car?
They must have been bad to get pulled over, and then trying to hide it so they could drive some more, possibly endangering more people... people saying the ammount is not possibe, you don't know where they are,, different places measure diffferently
You fundamentally misunderstand the point of FML.
#84 I know i was #5 too. OP definitely deserved it. i was just saying...if he's stupid, drunk, and driving...i wouldn't trust his recall skills.
YDI for 1) driving drunk and 2) not knowing there's alcohol in Listerine. What did you think caused that burning in your mouth? Liquid fire?

... how could you not have known that? Oh, and YDI for drunk driving.
You're an idiot for multiple reasons. A) Driving drunk B) Not knowing that most mouthwashes have a high alcohol content C) Keeping mouthwash for emergency reasons
