Hm, I find it easier to accept if someone I am crushing on is in fact attracted to their own gender. It's kind of like - if a guy I like is gay, I can back off because it's not like any other girl has a chance with him anyways. Weird logic, huh? But yeah, I don't think it's that bad that she's a lesbian, unless she's mean enough to pretend to be one to drive you off...but I rarely see that happening. My guess is she probably really is one, and has no idea you like her.
