If they shave down there it could be a bad shaving rash and with underwear rubbing it can cause it to become much more inflamed.

First of all, not every girls wears a thong. secound, it comes from build up of dead skin which clogs pores. That is also caused by not exfoliateing and wearing the same underwhere, trapping the dead cells from yesterday.

ah, yes, because my comment said "especially girls WHO ALL WEAR THONGS EVERYDAY FOREVER." my point was, girls wear thongs a lot more than guys do, and thongs cause girls' asses to not be able to breathe against jeans and other pant materials, which can cause acne.
