As many have said, office dating is a bad idea in the first place. Also, not every guy who dumps you is an a-hole - if he is one, why were you going out with him?

I don’t even have friends where I work because outside issues will affect your job. One stabbed me in the back at my first job when I was a teenager, because a guy turned her down and then asked me out. I said no but she didn’t care and I lost my job. I learnt my lesson then.

Today, I was at my summer babysitting job. The family's dog puked on the carpet and I proceeded to clean it up with baking soda and a mix of water/vinegar. Instead of blending in with the other areas of the carpet, the one spot I cleaned is white while the other areas are still darkened by filth. FML
