Today, I was feeling really down, so I texted my boyfriend and asked him to tell me why he loves me, thinking he would cheer me up. His response? "Don't bug me with this stupid shit anymore. You always ask such dumb questions." FML

I feel bad for your girlfriend if she has to put up with your shit. However, if you have to ask your boyfriend more than once why he loves you, you're probably just fishing for compliments. I've asked my boyfriend this once just for the sake of asking and he told me, and I haven't asked again because there is no point in asking a question you already know the answer to. You guys have no idea why she was upset. she was probably just trying to distract herself from her bad day.. So enough with the sexist, inconsiderate comments. Seriously.

#188 Ofcourse shes asked this question more than once, she was feeling sad, so she asked him this fishing for compliments. And if she hasnt asked him stuff like that before he wouldnt have said "You always ask such dumb questions."

One more thing, reading this FML, I got the idea that her boyfriend pays minimal to no attention to her. Because girls who ask this constantly are usually just fishing for compliments, but probably because their boyfriend doesn't show any compassion towards their girlfriend at all. That doesn't make her needy. If she gets the feeling that her boyfriend doesn't love her, why wouldn't she ask such a question? I doubt any of you guys thought about that. Instead you just jumped on the bandwagon of calling her annoying and needy without thinking of other possible scenarios.
