To get back at my ex for cheating on me, I changed her auto-correct to change the word "an" to "buttsex" and the word "of" to "*****". She didn't notice til after she got her first paper back

Spell check wouldn't have picked that up; asses is still a word. YDI for not knowing how to spell 'assess'. And HA #20.

that is your fault. you either set your spell check to set "assess" to "asses" or your sorry ass can't spell.

Yes, spell check would not have caught it. However, most of the newer programs have something called "spelling AND grammar" check that would have caught it right away.
