Back in 1982 while I was in the Army we were stationed somewhere in Colombia. Me and one of my buddies went to grab some food around 9 pm one night. Little did we know what the night was going to entail. We ended up sitting with Pablo Escobar snorting coke off a hookers arse, cramming tequila soaked tampons in our arse. We became great friends, he gave me a couple autographed pictures I sold them on eBay for $50,000 each - he was a nice guy. One day I was driving down the road and had the urge to **********, I didn't flinch for a second - did the deed and felt the shame - then I looked at Pablo - he just laughed. He was a great guy, I miss Pablo.
What happens at Columbia, stays in Columbia..... I guess?
That is quite normal, unfortunately. Still, I don't understand why people vote "YDI" at a FML like this one. Stupidity is everywhere.
Rule #1) The customer is always right. Rule #2) If the customer is wrong, see rule 1. Corollary to #1) Unless the customer is an idiot.
23- Contrary to the "2 Golden Rules of Customer Service", I actually find the customer is Seldom ever right, when he/she wants a service or product. They think they Want something, and they seek out the place of business that Specializes in it to acquire the service and product in question, and leave it to you to provide them with what they can't do or get on their own. And yet, it's always so shocking when they're the first person to lose their cool when They don't understand something, and need to have someone hold their hand to explain to them why they're an idiot. And if you actually do that, you can kiss their business good bye. :p No fairness in this world, none at all....

Show it anyway*facepalm*
You completely missed the point, 24. Please re-read and pay special attention towards the end of the FML.
You should have pointed it out so everyone could know how dumb she really is... that would have been EPIC! :D
She must have felt REALLY stupid when she realized her mistake . (IF she realized her mistake.)
In all fairness, maybe it's her first time there and she didn't know what type of restaurant it was, only that she was hungry. I hope she felt embarrassed once you gracefully told her "Madam, it's a serve yourself restaurant" (bitch) *under your breath*)).
FHL for not being born with common sense.
I wonder where Salty had been thus last few days... I really want to to see some idiot reply 'Dinkleburg' to one of his comments.

That's one intelligent individual. Some people are so ignorant.
Wow... I hope the customer felt really bad when they learned that...
