What a dumb bi**h! I hate how stupid the human race can be; and then she probably didn't even apologize for yelling at you when she was at fault. People need to be smarter and not so proud.

I get that sometimes at the pizza place I work at. There is a counter with tills on it, and people go and sit down expecting us to go take their order. Some people just don't understand sometimes, it seems.

It's possible she's just old. I can't say I've ever heard of a 'serve-yourself' coffee house, unless it's basically just a canteen.

I feel you on that one! Have that at my restaurant for breakfast. You think people would get the hint after five minutes and see what other people are doing to get service.....also on that side note, people if you are in a restaurant and have a server never, i repeat NEVER, say "get me the cheapest one you have" it sounds tacky to the server and the server will only want to do bare minimum service because it wont be worth their time. Trust me
