I have a similar story, actually. A guy on Facebook was harassing one of my friends on a post, so to keep the drama out of it I messaged him privately and asked him to back off. He immediately flipped out and called me a "stalker freak" for messaging him. On Facebook. Where you can send almost anyone a message, regardless of if you're on their list or not, so long as they haven't blocked you. And for sending ONE message, politely saying "please stop giving my friend a hard time." Some people have a seriously warped idea of what stalking is. It's both hilarious and kind of sad, and I sincerely hope none of these people ever actually have to see what real stalking is like.
