This needs a follow up, I wanna know what happened after the customer said that to you.

I would make sure your manager kicks him out and bars him out.retail workers deal with so much bs and on top you have merch to put out and projects..ugh..been there done that...I would make sure hes band from coming back. (unless rules are different) Working retail made me appreciate anybody who works with customer services . I make sure to be polite when being served bc those small things made a huge diffrence in my day . If people learned to chill and be decent beings to one another and just understAnd boundary and actually realize you just work there. retail workers don't need your shitty attitude about how it's gonna ruin your day ugh!...If your still reading sorry this turned into a rant from personal experience.
