I've met some psycho girls/ guys before (some of which were dating my friends), what he did is one of the best ways to get rid of them when they just won't take "No, leave me alone" or "No, we are over and have been for months" as an acceptable answer. I'm not saying that's why he did that... And his last comment was definitely rude. But pretending you're dating a random stranger to get rid of a crazy ex works wonders.
