I've been there. I dated my moms fiancées son for 8 months. My mom and him ended up splitting up later so we were never related but most people still thought it was wrong, but he was gorgeous and we weren't raised as siblings so we didn't care :)

the worst that can happen is the two parents can end up splitting up. my aunt dated this guy but her son had sex with his daughter so they ended things.

Step siblings are basically forced roommates. Your feelings may be mutual, but after awhile he will get on your nerves like a blood sibling cause you live together. He will borrow something of yours, break it, eat the last cookie....etc
