I've been there. I dated my moms fiancées son for 8 months. My mom and him ended up splitting up later so we were never related but most people still thought it was wrong, but he was gorgeous and we weren't raised as siblings so we didn't care :)

Stepbrother.... You're not related by blood. And if your parents are getting just now, it means you guys probably didn't grow up together. So..... really, I don't see a problem with it. If you love him back, I wish you the best. If you don't, then let him down gently.
