*intake of breath through teeth* Now, cosmetic surgery is a touchy subject (no pun intended with the 'boob relation'), because obviously you want to feel good with your body etc, BUT (and this is just my personal opinion, but im sure many guess agree with me and im sure many disagree with me also) Fake breasts are a BIG turn off.

MetalFish - What about the girls who have natural A's, but only go up one size to become a B? Those are the most natural looking implants. Anything bigger and you'd see exactly where the bag of goop begins.

Lol, I'm not saying I have those types of implants. I don't. All natural, here! :D I'm just pointing out a possible oversight. ;) I see your point though. Sometimes even a B is too big for a girl, and they end up looking fake. One last thing you guys will love me for - just think of Heidi Montag.
