Someone needs to have a serious talk with her parents. I hope she was grounded for just about an eternity, with no access to any kind of phone, tablet, computer or other electronic device with access to apps and social networks. - And she should be forced to take courses for stupid teenagers on how to use said apps and networks responsibly. Her actions could have caused an accident if OP had swerved, or another car had rear-ended OP.

I hope OP called the police and had the girl's information taken and escorted home so that she can't just get away with that sort of thing without repercussions. If there is a problem with some of this generation (mind you i said SOME not ALL), it's that more and more kids seem to think they are free from consequence bc of poor or non-existent disciplining when they were younger.
