Tell her you know what she did to your toothbrush and that you did the same to something of hers, but don't tell her what item it was. Even if you don't actually put something of hers in the toilet she will be tormented by what it might be.

I used to do that to my brothers as revenge, also when they'd owe on the seats but since it was middle of night frequently I'd end up sitting and having piss on my feet. So, I'd clean up their messes with their toothbrushes.
