Today, after feeling fat and ugly and a bit depressed, I logged on to Facebook to see my boyfriend had posted "I have the most beautiful girlfriend in the world!" I 'liked' it and commented "Aww thank you baby!" I logged in later to see that he commented back saying "I didn't mean you." FML

Something about society drilling it into their heads that they'll never be good enough no matter what they do? *shrugs* I don't know. I'm a woman, but I don't feed into all that bullshit. I know I'm not perfect, but I still like myself the way that I am.

True but wouldn't they be listed as bf/gf on fb? If she thinks they're together she'd be talking about him and wouldn't her friends be like 'why isn't he listed on your fb then?'. I'd think my friend was stupid if she was actually calling a man her bf without the simple commitment from him of fb relationship status.
