woohoo!! thumbs up if you have a maid!!
I don't have a maid. I'm not poor. You're an ass hole.
atleast you HAVE a maid mate
OP sounds like she's in high school- I would say that she lives with her parents and that she didn't hire the maid herself. So I don't think she deserves it because of that. However, OP shouldn't keep a messy room if she doesn't want the maid to try to clean it- they were just doing their job.
You become an art major because that is your passion! Don't let anyone interfere with that!! ESP not someone whom you don't have any kind of relationship with !!! So very sorry that happened!!! Keep ur chin up!!!
If you can afford a maid you can afford to buy your way into college. There are some of us trying to get into art college who survive on the bare minimum.
Um, re-read her post. She says it's her plan for college. Meaning she's still in high school right now. Meaning it's her parents that can afford the maid, not her.
Why can't you just take them out? She probably didn't rip them up, did she?

yeah, i don't understand why people think you deserve that because you have a maid. anyway, that sucks. i feel for you.
there is nothing wrong with having a maid! my family has had a housekeeper from the time my mother was pregnant with my oldest brother until now, when my youngest is ten. (the oldest is twenty-eight.) i have four brothers and a sister; my parents are and always were straight middle-class, ordinary people. having a maid doesn't make you special, nor does going to a school you like. there's things called student loans, ever heard of them? it all depends on where the OP left the art. if it was just sitting on the desk or had fallen somewhere, yeah, the maid is justified. unless they were framed, it's all dependent on where they were left.
