You should be grateful she's not dead, you douchebag. :/ Who cares about a stupid party.... This is the dumbest FML ever.
you made your girlfriend cancel her party because your grandmother supposedly died?? I wouldn't even make my HUSBAND cancel his party if my grandmother died, unless the funeral happened to be on the same day. If the party was in our house I might move it elsewhere so I could stay home, if it was the same day I found OUT she died... but otherwise no. When my grandmother died my husband couldn't get time off work to travel for the funeral so I went alone (albeit with my parents & siblings) to the funeral. Don't expect your partner's life to stop because your grandparent died.
that's pretty mean to make your girlfriend cancel her birthday party.... I mean, I get that you were upset but damn are you that needy?
So... what's the big deal. It was your girlfriends choice to cancel it, you just helped by making her feel bad about something that didn't ever happen. Despite the fact that you may not have originally known the truth. She didn't have to cancel it for you for any reason.
wats canceling ur girlfriends bday party gotta do with any of that?
