Just hope the surgery didn't give him superpowers and extreme rage.
did your friends son go to grossmont highschool? I might know him.
Well when I was born, I had sagittal suture synostosis, which means that the plats on the side of my skull were locked, and my head was being formed such that my forehead and back of my head were protruding outwards, while the sides of my skull couldn't grow. I had surgery when I was almost 1, and now have a baseball stitch scar across the top of my head. There is no reason to feel bad when someone is uninformed in a problem, there isn't even a need to apologize. I feel that it is more of a conversation starter than anything. FYL.
Did you not notice the scar?
we have a boy like that at our skool. he's an awesome dude i love him to death (like brother) his name is Logan H. we also have a boy named Marco, and he's mexican he speicficly gets his hair cut so that he has two lines on the side of head. personaly some ppl think its werid, but i think things like that make the person unique, and hot ;D

You didn't know. Just apologize once and that's all you can do.
He probably wasn't offended. I bet he has to explain that all the time anyway
