1. Always get yourself and your partner tested before having sex, or at least sex without a condom. Always test after a new partner too. 2. If the two of of you did test before hand, and both came up clean, time to get a new baby daddy (assuming you didn't cheat). 3. Make sure he gets tested too, and starts treatment. Even if he was stepping out, we don't need greater spread of STDs in the world.
