"Secret relationship" is just about the creepiest thing I've ever heard... "We're in a secret relationship, so it is perfectly fine for me to sneak in your room and watch you sleep! I also took a lock of your hair, and licked your toothbrush, because I secret love you!!"

DO NOT QUIT!! Open a sexual harassment case first! Make bocku bucks off his relationship so secret you don't know you're in it. You'll get a monetary settlement if you wait this out and nothing if you formally quit first! They can suspend you to keep you away from him while they investigate!
