Today, all of my friends bailed from the birthday party I was throwing myself. This was also after they had encouraged me for months to have one, knowing I'd never had my birthday celebrated before. FML

Today, I had my 21st birthday party. My friends told me to have the party even though it had been 5 months since my actual 21st birthday. They asked me why I didn't have one originally and I jokingly told them it was because I didn't think anyone would come. Turned out nobody came after all. FML

Aw, OP! Please don't cry! Their pathetic actions aren't worth your tears. Those aren't real friends, and karma will get them one day. You don't need them in your life. Much better friends are out there waiting for you to meet them. Keep your chin up, smile, remember you're beautiful inside and out and try to make the best out of the day.
