I'm not sure about NSW, but I know in QLD if they have signed a bond they are required to find a new person to take the lease and if they can't they must continue paying their share until someone else moves in. it's just like when people break a lease before theirs finishes, they are required to find new people. I hope you read this OP and it helps you. :)
What snakes!
3 roommates leaving at the same time, without warning or giving notice? Something tells me they are leaving ASAP to get away from you.
If you signed the lease agreement with all them, they have to buy out their portion of the lease. If you didn't then you're ignorant
Better find some new roommates fast or maybe move in with some real friends
this is why you have people sign leases then they can't just uproot on you without najor repercussions. .. like a lawsuit
wow thats cold they must really not like you
Wow you must nice be a nice person to live with if they are leaving you all together.. Just saying

Wow, either they are the biggest assholes, or you have been a really shitty roommate. Even so, they could have at least given you an earlier notice than that.
that sucks. would have been nice if they gave you more of a notice so you could try and plan. Maybe finding another rooomate or two
