I agree with #81, child under 12 are not supposed to be put in hot tubs/jacuzzis because it speeds up their heart rate too much which could lead to serious damage. Let me guess, you stayed in for a couple hours right? You're a failure for being a terrible babysitting.
Who the hell says 3.5
She probably ran out of space you idiots and had to go back and change somethin. You only get a certain amount of characters.
Side effects for children under 12 in hottub include all of those already mentioned, but the hottub can also mess up the growth and development of her reproductive system. I would suggest mentioning this to her parents, possibly showing them literature. And don't worry about being a little overweight, if it bothers you work it off, if it doesn't embrace it (unless it affects your health).
fat people shouldn't be allowed to wear swim suits.
it's ok she's only 3.5 years old
I agree with #17. I mean seriously people, chill out at the fact that she put "3.5". Who gives a shit? OP's shortening of "three and a half" is no different than the people who shorten down every single thing they text or type. Anyways, I think that it's a YDI for wearing a two-piece if it's not appropriate for your size, but FYL for having someone, even if she was a toddler, point it out.

Should a child that young even be in a hot tub?
