Today, at 2 in the morning, my water broke. I called my mom and woke her up to come watch our older kid, while my husband and I went to the hospital. After being tested at the hospital, I was told I had just peed myself. FML

Today, at over 9 months pregnant, I woke up to a wet bed. Convinced my water broke, I woke up my husband and had him drive me to the hospital at 3am. The nurse told me my water was fine, I had just peed the bed. FML

Today, I was working in my store. Right around closing, a lady came in to try some things on. I went to the back and when I came out, she was standing in the middle of the room with fluid coming from between her legs. I asked her if she was going into labor. She wasn't. She was peeing. FML

Today, my very pregnant wife woke up in bed, grabbing her stomach and writhing in pain. Worried that the baby might be in distress, I asked her what was wrong. She gasped then let out what can only be described as a river of hot liquid shit all over herself and my legs. We both cried. FML

The wanker had left the seat up, so I fell right into the bowl and got stuck with my cheeks in the water because my belly wouldn’t let me get up. My useless sleeping husband couldn’t hear me yell for help. FML

I hope YOU know that the doctors and nurses have all seen and heard it before, and this isn't a unique situation. And the mother was probably fine because she was helping her very pregnant daughter. I also hope you know that the whole FML community is laughing at you for being a complete shitbag.

ignore the negative comments they DO NOT know what they are talking about. it is normal and congratulations on having a baby. at least you care about it and the fact that you think your water is broken. most women don't give a shit about anything to do with the baby anyway.

no i don't think the child will like to hear how their mother wet themselves...also i think the embarrassing part was actually when the doctor had to come and say its o.k. you have just wet yourself not about to give birth!
