I say this is fake for many reasons. She used the world "Today" which suggests that the events she wrote occurred the same day as she posted it on here. With that in mind, I would say anyone who gotten married would be busy doing two things: 1) Bow-chica-wa-wa at least 4,5 times. and 2) In between #1 they'd be busy packing to go on their honey moon.
