she probably didnt care. as a diabetic you need to get used to things like that happening and know that people won't look at you differently then if you didn't have it
I'm a diabetic. Your life doesn't suck. Don't worry about it.
I don't understand why people are being so harsh about this, OP was just trying to be nice. Sheesh.
I have diabetes. If she seemed offended, it would be a silly thing to be offended by, if you ask me. I wouldn't think too much if it.
Hey dont feel bad, if you have never seen a diabetic id before, it's perfectly acceptable to mistake it for something else from far away if you have bad eyesight. I should know. I have diabetes, and people get my band confused sometimes. Of course i probably wouldnt have seen an ipod but oh well. Poor vision is shitty.
As a type one diabetic, don't take this the wrong way. But yay diabetes power! Just had to say that lol. Diabetes really isn't bad. Plus it's a good conversation starter. That's how I meet new people. ?
"Diabetes really isn't bad" Pretty shitty if you ask me. Going on ten years now and needles all over the place kinda sucks. :/

#1 like getting a compliment on your iPod is totally meaningful anyway.
Why would you compliment her iPod if you were unable to identify it as an iPod? Way to give empty meaningless compliments.
