Today, at work, a customer came in and ordered a "Butterbeer Frappuccino." When I said we serve no such thing, she yelled at me for "lying" to her, saying she knew about our "secret menu." She ended up complaining to my manager and demanded that he fire me. FML

I'll take a polyjuice potion and a blueberry muffin.

You're such a muggle. The secret menu is only visible to wizards and witches.

From the "Secret Menu" website (in the "Important Rules" section): "2. The most important thing to remember when ordering a secret menu drink is that not all Baristas are familiar with the drink names. Order by recipe."

There are ways to go about ordering the secret menu stuff by simply modifying a regular order i.e. substituting certain syrups and creams. There's plenty of websites with the orders.

um there is a website called Starbucks secret menu and it has that frapp on there. that's what she was talking about. all she needed to do was read the instructions out on how to make it

I hate to say it but YDI. It is a item on the secret menu... Google it. It's whole milk, 3 pumps of caramel syrup, 3 pumps of toffee nut syrup and caramel drizzle.

Why is it her responsibility to google it? The customer should google it if she wants a custom drink. Besides, if she took out her smart phone to look it up, then the customer would insist she be fired for being on her phone...

I work at Starbucks, I memorized that secret menu and make items off of it all the time, the butterbeer frap is just a creme base with three pumps of caramel and three pumps of toffee nut syrup, it's meant for a grande and don't forget the caramel drizzle

I love how this basically became a post for Starbucks employees to argue over the legitimacy of the secret menu. xD

Ohh the pleasures of working at starbucks. Psychotic customers are our specialty.
