This, my dear, is what we call karma. Deal with it.
If you were my actor, I'd kill you. I'm really superstitious and one of them is to not play with crutches or you -will- fall and break your leg on them. I've known so many people to whom this has happened. -_- Sorry it happened to you, though.

Oh God, I'm so sorry. I sprained my foot really bad just a few weeks before a show I was leading in, so I know what a terrible experience that is. Of course, I did it during dance rehearsal, not during a prank, but the effect is the same. For everyone who said they deserved it, there has to be some humor in theatre and it wasn't really a terrible joke, but it's better to be safe than sorry when messing around before a show.
