Still doesn't mean they have to park in front of your driveway. A death in their family shouldn't prevent their neighbours from leaving the house.
I say YDI, not because of anything involving the nephew, but because if you have a problem with a habit a neighbor is having, you don't just leave a note and walk away feeling 'that'll teach them.' Besides they park bad and then retaliated by saying 'Oh yeah? Well my nephew just died.' is the only way I see the dead nephew in consequence. I hope they didn't do that.
Isn't it a law that you cannot block a person's driveway?
It's illegal to block someone's driveway. It's sad but the world doesn't stop.
The YDIs on this annoy me. You had no way of knowing and to be honest, the fact that their nephew died does not excuse shitty parking. Especially if they've done so in the past!
They still shouldn't block you, your life sucks
Doesn’t give them the right to block your drive way

That really sucks. However, they really still shouldn't have blocked your drive way. They should've been the one to park in the street or something. Alas, a politer note would probably have conveyed that better.
That is an immature way to respond. However, that is annoying and illegal on their part. A nicer note might have been a better solution, but I understand how frustrating that can be.
