Today, for the second day in a row, I was constantly abused, yelled at, insulted, and berated by my wife for "endangering our child's life." I took her to the doctor for a vaccination and flu shot yesterday. FML

Bitches be crazy. Seriously. It drives me nuts when parents consider all vaccines to be harmful. There's a reason they need vaccinations to go to school.

If i was married and my wife didn't want her to have vaccinations or flu shot I'd probably ignore her as well. I'd rather my child be safe.

You did what you thought was best for your child, your wife probably watches the news and sees the stories of people having bad reactions to the injections. Give her a massage and tell her to calm down. Maybe next time you should let her come with you to make sure everything's alright.

If the wife's that much of a bitch, best to leave her at home!

Not everyone has a strong immune system. A flu shot could be positively vital for someone who gets sick very easily.

Still ... it can be absolutely vital to most people to have the vaccine instead of "winging it" and hoping for the best.

Your wife is a moron. And that's pretty scary how she overreacted.

Just because you got lucky once doesn't mean it doesn't work

That was known by the medical community to be a bad vaccine by the time it had been out a month. It was made and pushed out too quick to work out the problems with it. The current flu vaccine ha been out for years and is as safe as it can be.

And I went through 18 years of doing stupid stunts on a bicycle without wearing a helmet. Is that cause and effect or luck? It sure as hell wasn't skill.

Ugh, I can't understand these people, she sounds just like my boss who didn't want her children to be vaccinated because, according to her, vaccinations made her nephew allergic to pollen =.='

Run the **** away. Anti-vaccine proponents are ******* insane.

#41 - You mean that you don't trust everything that Dr. Jenny McCarthy says about vaccinations and autism?

I think SHE needs a shot. In the rear. In a mental hospital.

While I am personally against flu shots you did the right thing by bringing your daughter to get her vaccine OP.

Yes , I almost qualify as " a people " and I read almost every comment. So and so and so. Work on, this form is a remarkable education .
