It's funny because everyone commenting "Move out :)" is twelve years old, hasn't worked a day in their lives, or is just too ignorant to realize that money isn't something you just HAVE. They also don't realize that with that lack of money, he has to follow hos parent's rules or they can just kick him out. Good luck man, try to find a job if you haven't got one already, get a lot of hours and work towards your apartment. Everyone starts somewhere, and not many people move out as early as you think.

Seriously get a backbone. You get to a certain age where your parents can no longer tell you what to do. Also I love how everyone's just saying move out. Seriously he could be a student or just not have a job, I'm sure most people would choice to move out if they had the opportunity, its not always that easy.
