11 PM isn't really all that bad? My parents set mine at 9 PM until I was 17 years old, now the rules are just to respect the fact that the rest of my family still goes to sleep at 9 PM so whenever I come home, I shouldn't wake anyone up.

I say talk to your mommy and daddy about it and see why they set that time, and also talk about the possibility of changing it. Just be an adult about it :}
