@ D13g0: Not living with your parents at 22 has nothing to do with how you feel about them. Adults are supposed to live on their own and support themselves. That's just part of being an adult.

You either need to MOVE OUT if you live with your folks, or tell them straight up that you are over 18 and will be in whenever you darned well feel like being in. Start paying rent and help around the house.

The number of comments telling OP that he's a loser for still living at home when he's 22 is astounding. I'm 21 and still have to live at home because I just recently found a job. Previously not having had a job wasn't through lack of effort, it's because jobs are hard to find. Even with my current job, I won't be able to move out quite yet-- it's part time, so it doesn't pay nearly enough what I would need to support myself. Get off your high horses and realize that nowadays more and more young adults literally HAVE to live at home due to money issues.

Yes. I totally agree. People are idiots for saying that. My boyfriend is 22 and one of the lucky ones; he's just finished education, very responsible and hardworking. He's got a very well paid job (higher than average). And guess what?? He still lives at home!!! Living at home isn't a sign of being immature anymore. He's being smart/responsible and saving up. He could afford a house but right now the SMART thing to do is live at home. After uni, i probably plan to live at home too... and not because i'm immature or anything like that People shouldn't be so judgmental about all people w2ho live with their parents... Some people actually do it because they work their butts off but still can't afford the crazy house prices..

@5...just because someone plays WoW doesnt mean they live at home...wow players are everywhere, soon well take over

You might be male but you're not a man. Grow up OP and move out. Save up, payrent but move out as soon as possible. You can find a decent apartment for your pay and start saving. Also to all the WoW crack addicts in this thread, wake up--you're living in a dreamworld wasting away your life. You try to compare it to other hobbies but the truth is it isn't. There is a demanding time frame that you need to adhear to with wow and you can't really talk about it with anyone outside of the game without sounding like a complete loser.
