Today, I asked my girlfriend to marry me. She said no because she doesn't want to be tied down for the rest of her life. We already have 3 children, a mortgage, and joint bank accounts. How much more tied down could we possibly get? FML

That might mean that she's seeing someone on the side. You know "as long as you aren't married it isn't cheating". I'd check into that.

That's the same with Kourtney Kardashian. And when they broke up, they didn't have to get a divorce. Maybe your girlfriend is seeing it in this perspective. No issues at all, like changing the last name back, cost of divorce etc. if you guys break up.
