haha ur moms tight
Troll mum = win
"If the red river flows, take the dirt road"?
If she lets you...
I'm kinda glad my parents trust me enough to have my boyfriend over, knowing that I won't do anything anyway.
Yep. Sorry. With mom on this one. Have SOME respect for others. Your mom's rationale is that you can't get pregnant if you are on your period. But I think the meaning is twofold. She doesn't want you ******* under her roof, or getting knocked up. The first one, she can control. Show her that respect. Become independent. Become responsible (first). And get your own place.
That's not her rationale at all. It's not about getting pregnant, it's about having sex. Because if her boyfriend is into sex while on her period, it's not allowed either. You're reading more into it than is there.
And you do know you can get pregnant when you re having sex while you re on your period, right?
66 and 62, you have missed MY point. I said OP's mother is trying to control her daughter; opposing her having sex, in the mother's home, that could possibly result in her being impregnated.
122 - I reiterate the point that you CAN get pregnant on your period (sperm can last up to a week), and also make the point that, using proper birth control with proper technique, it's REALLY hard to get pregnant. If you're on the pill AND using condoms? The failure rate almost astronomical. You basically have to completely miss a pill (and not take Plan B), and have the condom tear or fall off in the same time range. That is pretty hard to pull off.
I just freaking love how nearly every commenter is stating sex in their comments. Did you guys ever think that they might just want to be together on Valentine's? TL_T Honestly, people immediately assume the worst. not every teen wants to have raging sex. Accept the damn truth
It's still inapproptiate. He doesn't have to sleep there in order to see her on Valentine's day. When I was younger I didn't ask for my boyfriends to come sleep in my parents house, it'd be weird and awkward.
Considering the fact that she said she wanted him over for Valentine's Day weekend, I'm assuming it's for sex. If they just wanted to be together for Valentine's Day she would've asked for him to stay over on Wednesday.
Actually, most teens DO want to have raging sex. You know, new hormones and all.
59, I wonder if lesbians have it easier. It is probably much easier to convince your parents to let another girl stay overnight.
You guys are aware it doesn't say if she is a teenager or not, right? I mean honestly, she could be in her 20s and just not able to move out. I don't understand parents who are so weirded out about a significant other staying over after the age of 18. My bf and I are in our mid-20s and live at home for financial reasons, when we first started dating we asked about staying over, but now we don't have to anymore, we alternate houses every weekend and it works just fine. So much that our parents will sometimes ask where the other is. It just drives me insane that parents are still that crazy about sex, it's going to happen, under your roof or not...better to know where they are than not.
My mum never minded my boyfriend staying round, even if I was 14, yeah it may sound bad, however she has the mind set that if I'm going to have sex, even if she thinks I'm too young to, she would rather know that I'm in a stable relationship with someone she approves, and using birth control, hence why she put me on the pill, than be going to dogy places with dogy guys
That's good parenting in my opinion.
When the rivers running red, take the dirt road!
Get your own apartment, rent hotel room, or stay at his place. Assuming you're old enough to do any of this.

If you have to ask your mom to have your boyfriend over, you're probably too young to be ******* anyways. Oh wait, this is 2013, ten year olds are getting knocked up now. Go at it!
I wouldn't want to have sex with a menstrual cup in... That sounds like a good way to end up explaining to a doctor why you have a menstrual cup lodged in your cervix.
