Don't be mad at yourself, those things are delicious.
At least split it up a bit...or maybe invite a neighbor over
this is genius.
I've done that. Worth every bite!
There's nothing wrong with devouring that delicious icecream cake by yourself! After all, if your by yourself every day is your birthday!
Why do you feel the need to do this? Unless you're overweight/obese it is unlikely the cashier would assume it was all for you, and if you are overweight and that was the cause of your hang up, then do something about it.
The cashier probably assumed you were buying the cake to share anyways without the happy birthday. A quote by Dr. Phil that I've always liked "You wouldn't worry so much about what other people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did."
I wouldn't have thought you would eat it by yourself. In fact, I didn't until you told us you would.
Can I have some?

Just go to a public place with the cake, make some friends by sharing.
I don't see anything wrong with this.
