I'm sorry OP. My mom has high blood pressure too and my siblings act like this.
It's a common misconception that hypertension is caused by stress. There are lots of factors that cause it - genetics, obesity, certain benign tumours, obnoxious screaming juvenile brats, etc.
Who is the parent? You or your son? It's called take it away it he refuses to listen about yelling. That's what my parents always did if we would get mad at a game and yell at it. They would warn us and then take it away.
Then take the playstation away until he can play on it with some degree of maturity. Your his father, don't just leave raising and talking to him to his mother. If he's behaving like an angry child, treat him like one and ground him for a few days. It's your home, you don't have tolerate him screaming and fussing over a toy.
Time to man up and be a dad. If he can't play without shouting at it, send him out to go run around the block a few times. Maybe suggest that, if he gets too tired running, he should accept that offer of a ride from the stranger with the candy.

Solution: take Playstation away from him for a few days.
To reduce your stress you should throw the playstation out the window and watch his reaction. Always good for a laugh.
